Who we are

What we collect
- Reservations: your name, e-mail, phone number, country, dates, room, number of guests, notes you add and the price of your stay.
- Guest account: your name, e-mail, country, phone number, a password (stored only in encrypted form) and your Guest ID.
- Sign in with Google: only your name and e-mail address, which Google shares with us when you choose to continue with Google.
- At the hotel: a copy of a passport or national ID for every guest, as required by Jordanian law.
- Website use: technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, collected by our security system and by the Meta (Facebook) and Snapchat advertising pixels.
How we use it
To confirm and manage your reservation, send booking and account e-mails, verify your e-mail address, register guests as required by law, answer your questions, keep the website secure and measure our advertising. We do not sell your personal data.
Who we share it with
Only with providers that help us run the website (our hosting company, Google for sign-in, Meta and Snapchat for advertising measurement) and with Jordanian authorities when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Reservation and registration records are kept for as long as Jordanian law requires. Your guest account stays active until you ask us to delete it.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time for a copy of your data, to correct it or to delete your account, by writing to info@diamondhjo.com. You can also block advertising cookies in your browser settings.
