These terms apply to reservations made on diamondhjo.com and to every stay at Diamond Hotel Amman, operated by Ashour Tourism Investments, North Amman, Jordan. By booking you agree to them.

Reservations

Your reservation is confirmed by e-mail. Rates are shown per room in Jordanian Dinar and include taxes, service fees and breakfast. Online bookings are for one room each; for groups or several rooms please contact us.

Please make sure your name, e-mail address and phone number are correct, so that we can contact you about your stay.

Your stay

Check-in & check-out

Check-in from 14:00. Check-out until 12:00 noon (Amman time). Late check-out may be charged as an extra night.

Cancellation

Free cancellation until 48 hours before arrival. Later cancellations or no-shows are charged the first night.

Payment

No prepayment is required. Your stay is paid at the hotel on arrival. Rates include taxes and service fees.

Identification

A valid passport or official national ID is required for every guest at registration, in line with Jordanian law.

Occupancy

Suites may be occupied only by registered guests, up to each room’s stated maximum occupancy.

Deposit

A refundable deposit may be requested on arrival and is returned at check-out, less any damage or unpaid charges.

Early departure

If you leave before your booked departure date, the remaining nights of the reservation remain payable.

Valuables

A safe deposit box is available at reception. The hotel is not liable for valuables left in the room.

Responsibility

Guests receive the room in good condition, return it the same way and are liable for any damage or loss they cause.

Guests are asked to respect public morals, Jordanian law and the comfort of other guests.

Guest accounts

Please keep your password confidential and your details up to date. You can ask us to close your account at any time by writing to info@diamondhjo.com.

Your personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and the courts of Amman have jurisdiction over any dispute.
